HOW CAN WE HELP?

PROCESS

1. Do you have a minimum order?

​

- For Metro Manila, a minimum of 10 pax per delivery is required. For out of town deliveries, a minimum of 30 pax is required to book.

​

2. Can we book even if we don't have the final headcount yet?

​

- Yes. Final headcount and choice of dishes will be finalized no later than 7 days before the event. However, minimum required booking should still be followed.

 

3. Do you require a deposit when booking?

​

- Yes we do. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of P1000 is required to reserve the date and block the current price. During certain promotional offers, a minimum NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of P1500 applies. 

 

 4. Can we choose the dishes for our meals?

​

- Yes and we'll be glad to accommodate your request should you wish to customize a specific set of meal. A maximum choice of 2 main dish, 1 side dish and 1 desert per delivery is allowed with no less than 10 pcs per choice of dish. Bulk orders of 100 pax and up per delivery has a max choice of 4 main dishes and 2 side dishes.

5. Do you offer discounts?

​

-We do have seasonal promos and discounts which will be posted both on this website and on our Facebook page. Bulk orders amounting to P25,000 and up is eligible for special discounts. Just inquire with us directly.

Delivery

process

1. Do you offer FREE DELIVERY?

​

- Yes we do. We offer FREE DELIVERY within the City of Manila for breakfast, lunch and dinner with only a minimum of 10 pax. FREE DELIVERY on selected areas of Metro Manila for a minimum of 30 pax per delivery as well. 

​

2. Do you cover Tagaytay and other out of town weddings and events?

​

- As much as we want to provide our services to our Tagaytay brides and clients, we can only cover selected Metro Manila cities and selected areas in Cainta and Antipolo. Tagaytay and other provinces are not yet included in our service area. 

​

3. Do you deliver the meals separately per meal time?

​

- Yes because we want to ensure that the utmost quality of our dishes are being met.

​

4. Do we pay the remaining balance on the day itself?

​

- We used to have this option but for security, we now require full balance to be paid 5 days before the event. We have already established our name in the industry and integrity is what matters most to us.
